Bernard J Llewellyn, Justice of the Peace for the Gwent Petty Division for over 25 years, has been involved in the 'Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme' since 1995.
Bernard's involvement has been via Ffynonau Duon Mines, a company that has traded since 1927 and became a Limited Company in 1972.
Bernard has brought his local knowledge to the scheme and is involved in the day to day operation of the mine.
