Stephen trained as a Civil and Structural Engineer on the design and construction of a large number of industrial and commercial projects.
Since joining Argent in 1994, Stephen has worked on projects as varied as Alder Castle (an office development in the City of London) and L.I.F.E. (the proposed London International Freight Exchange - a 2.4m sqft distribution scheme with direct rail access).
Stephen is also the director jointly responsible for the day to day running of Miller Argent (South Wales) Limited.
He has brought the planning skills to the team, which has led to the granting of consents and permissions for some very difficult and complex applications. He has also taken a lead role in the estate management of Miller Argent’s property and peripheral business opportunities.
As well as a Board role and the running of his own projects within Argent, Stephen has overall responsibility for assessing the viability and deliverability of new projects.
